Job Description:

Strong experience in Imaging solutions using MDT & SCCM

Experience in building Bare metal, in-place upgrade and feature update OSD task sequence

Creating driver packages and adding them Task sequences as well as Boot WIM

Experience with ADK and replacing boot images and integrating drivers

Good Experience on Task Sequences & scripting (PowerShell)

Experience with Task sequence variables & HTA front end

Stong understanding of Answer files and working experience with XML files

In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues, Windows OS, Modern Device management solution - CMG, CDP,

Expertise in SCCM packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing, Windows Installation/Upgrade (Task sequence, feature update)

In deploying, building, troubleshooting, and managing Bit locker encryption tasks on Windows devices using task sequence and scripts

In using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM), Scripting languages like VB, Power Shell, SQL queries

In supporting Windows endpoint (7, 8 and 10), Windows Server (2012, 2016,2019)

Extensive knowledge on log file tracking and troubleshooting

Experience in Image capture and rebuild for Bare metal devices

Experience in building VHD for VDI environments and using Citrix and Script optimizer

Troubleshoot Driver related sys file or other bluescreen errors while imaging or testing

Experience in UDI wizard

Roles:

Day to day administration of imaging environment provide engineering innovative solutions to imaging needs

Take part in desktop application management and deployment

Ability to interface with customer technical teams and percolate it down to the technical delivery teams.

Providing technical guidance to SCCM team and customer on imaging challenges

Provide Tier 3 support and generate report using Excel

Creating and updating technical documentation SOPs as required

Team-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications

Do

  • Provide adequate support in architecture planning, migration & installation for new projects in own tower (platform/dbase/ middleware/ backup)
    • Lead the structural/ architectural design of a platform/ middleware/ database/ back up etc. according to various system requirements to ensure a highly scalable and extensible solution
    • Conduct technology capacity planning by reviewing the current and future requirements
    • Utilize and leverage the new features of all underlying technologies to ensure smooth functioning of the installed databases and applications/ platforms, as applicable
    • Strategize & implement disaster recovery plans and create and implement backup and recovery plans
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the tower
    • Manage day-to-day operations by troubleshooting any issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and developing fixes to avoid similar issues.
    • Plan for and manage upgradations, migration, maintenance, backup, installation and configuration functions for own tower
    • Review the technical performance of own tower and deploy ways to improve efficiency, fine tune performance and reduce performance challenges
    • Develop shift roster for the team to ensure no disruption in the tower
    • Create and update SOPs, Data Responsibility Matrices, operations manuals, daily test plans, data architecture guidance etc.
    • Provide weekly status reports to the client leadership team, internal stakeholders on database activities w.r.t. progress, updates, status, and next steps
    • Leverage technology to develop Service Improvement Plan (SIP) through automation and other initiatives for higher efficiency and effectiveness

    • Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below

    • Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
    • Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
    • Proactively challenge the team with larger and enriching projects/ initiatives for the organization or team
