Lead - Account Management (Client Services)

Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services, and technology - Ensure productivity levels are high and team morale is maintained - Review team structure and resources to service clients effectively while maintaining profitability - Coach and develop the team to achieve personal development goals - Manage internal admin tasks and ensure timesheet accuracy - Set and manage client expectations, deliverables, and timeframes - Build strong relationships with clients and agency stakeholders - Co-ordinate between internal and external parties to ensure project completion - Act as a brand QC/Guardian to ensure brand guidelines are followed - Prepare accurate cost estimates and contribute to account profitability - Proactively seek and identify new revenue opportunities - Maintain client business development and relationships Qualifications Required: - 14 plus years managing and servicing international accounts - Experience in Digital & TV/Broadcast is advantageous - Strong time management and project management skills - Ability to work under pressure with a can-do attitude - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Fluent in oral and written English - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused - Experience in running a dynamic account team and resource planning - Strong IT literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote Additional Details: WPP, the parent company of Hogarth, is a creative transformation company dedicated to building better futures through creativity.
