As a learning and development generalist at PwC, your role involves designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You'll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You'll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills. As an Associate at PwC, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - 2 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart: - Master's Degree in English, Communicative English, Mass Communication - Knowledge of MS Office Suite and G Suite - Experience with Power BI and Alteryx for data analysis - Proficiency in managing LMS and Learning Hub effectively - Strong client communication and SME interaction skills - Ability to generate insightful reports and dashboards - Openness to learning new skills and tools - Adaptability to new situations with flexibility - Attention to precision and awareness of industry trends,
