We are seeking a dynamic IELTS & Corporate L&D Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing employee communication skills through structured English language training and preparing selected employees for IELTS exams. This role blends standard L&D responsibilities with focused language and exam coaching Role & responsibilities - Night Shift EST time Canada & USA IELTS Training Duties: Conduct IELTS preparation classes for employees targeting international certification (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking). Design training plans based on individual or group performance levels. Provide mock tests, evaluation reports, and progress feedback. Guide employees on exam registration, strategy, and time management. Stay up to date with IELTS exam formats and assessment criteria. L&D Duties: Conduct soft skills training sessions, including business communication, email etiquette, presentation skills, and interpersonal effectiveness. Collaborate with HR and department managers to identify training needs. Design and deliver workshops or digital learning modules aligned with organizational goals. Evaluate learning effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Maintain training records and support reporting for audits or HR reviews. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of instructional design or eLearning development. Exposure to global work environments or cross-cultural communication. Ability to manage multiple batches or programs simultaneously. Experience working with diverse learner groups in a corporate setup.
