L&D Internship in Delhi

As an L&D Intern at IHCL (The Indian Hotels Company Limited) (Taj Group), you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while developing your skills in various areas. Your role will involve working closely with the Learning and Development team to support training initiatives and enhance employee development programs within the organization.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in creating engaging training materials using MS-PowerPoint and other multimedia tools.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and improve training programs.
• Utilize your interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and trainers.
• Capture moments during training sessions through photography and videography.
• Support the team in administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing files, and data entry using MS-Excel and MS-Word.
• Showcase your effective communication skills through written and verbal interactions with team members and external partners.
