L&D Executive

As an L&D Executive, your role involves coordinating and delivering learning and development initiatives at the client site to ensure alignment with organizational and client requirements. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining all site-level training records to ensure compliance with client audits and standards. Additionally, you will facilitate regular training sessions, refreshers, and on-the-job learning programs for employees across departments.
