Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Executive to join our team at ITC Rajputana. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective learning strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning and development.
Design and deliver customized training programs tailored to meet business objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning goals with business needs.
Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hotels and restaurants industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using technology-based learning tools and platforms.
