LCL Growth Enablement Lead

As the role holder, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement the strategic initiatives for area products. You will closely collaborate with the Area Head LCL on various aspects including business processes, IT, quality, analytics, report preparation, sales, and marketing. Your key duties will involve executing the area products" strategic initiatives, contributing to the establishment of the Go-to-Market and pricing strategy, and overseeing the training of new hires and interns. Additionally, you will be managing the implementation of new projects to support the growth of Area LCL products. Collaboration with global LCL gateway/operational teams will be essential for deploying standard solutions and ensuring the continuous review and update of standards. You will focus on enhancing the efficiency of non-performing accounts to drive bottom-line savings and improvements. Working with cross-functional stakeholders, you will be instrumental in developing and driving the strategic Operation Excellence agenda in alignment with the area LCL strategy. Furthermore, you will engage with the marketing function to introduce newly designed service offerings with a clear value proposition. Supporting the Area LCL product head on various preparations such as MOS/MEMO/QPR/MPR will be part of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in developing the digital LCL marketing plan, pricing offerings, and growth strategies. Ensuring health and safety governance, operational governance, and collaboration with relevant functions and other product lines within Maersk will be crucial aspects of your role. You will be held accountable for the performance of Area LCL products, development plans for new LCL products, the go-to-market strategy for LCL, executing strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, delivering product and sales information material, digitalization on the platform, and ensuring HSSE and site safety/security products are in scope. Critical competencies required for this role include having a reasonable understanding of LCL products and supply chain knowledge, as well as a strong ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making and execution.
