Position Overview

Lawyer I Labour Law

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support on
labor and employment law matters
across international jurisdictions
Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related documents, policies, and agreements
Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, regulations, and best practices
Support HR and business teams on employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and workplace investigations
Monitor changes in labor legislation and assess their impact on business operations
Assist in managing labor disputes, claims, and litigation in coordination with external counsel
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries related to employment matters

Qualifications & Experience

Law degree from a recognized university
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
1- 3 years of experience
in labor/employment law (law firm or corporate environment preferred)
Strong understanding of labor regulations in an international or multinational context
Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment
