Laundry Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laundry Manager located in Hyderabad. The Laundry Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day laundry operations, managing and supervising the laundry staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining inventory. The role also involves managing the laundry budget, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely and efficient laundry services for guests and clients.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, ability to lead and manage a team
• Experience in Laundry Services and laundry operations
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Strong Customer Service skills, focused on guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
