Key Responsibilities Operations Management Assist in overseeing daily operations across workshops, logistics, and retail stores. Ensure smooth coordination between washing, pressing, packing, and dispatch teams. Monitor SOP compliance and maintain high service quality standards. Problem Solving & Crisis Handling Act as a first responder to operational challenges (e.g., delayed orders, machine breakdowns, staff shortages). Provide quick and practical solutions to minimize disruptions. Maintain calm under pressure and ensure customer satisfaction. Employee & Team Coordination Supervise staff schedules, attendance, and performance. Motivate and guide employees to improve accountability and efficiency. Handle grievances and resolve conflicts professionally. Logistics & Retail Support Coordinate pick-up and delivery operations. Manage stock, consumables, and supply chain requirements. Support retail stores with operations, offers, and customer experience improvements. Business Support & Administration Assist the Managing Director in executing business strategies. Handle assigned administrative and operational tasks diligently. Prepare daily/weekly reports on performance, issues, and improvements. Requirements Proven experience in operations, logistics, or retail management (laundry/retail/hospitality background preferred). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet. Excellent people management and communication skills. Honest, reliable, and willing to take ownership of tasks. Must be adaptable and willing to handle any task related to the business. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, POS systems) is a plus. Desired Qualities Quick learner with knowledge of different aspects of business.
