About Us

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Laundry Factory Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Redhill facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the laundry plant, including washing, drying, pressing, and packaging.
• Manage a team of laundry staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate regular maintenance or repairs.
• Maintain inventory of detergents, chemicals, and supplies.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are met consistently.
• Oversee shift schedules, attendance, and productivity of staff.
• Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a laundry, housekeeping, or factory management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable, loyal, and flexible with working hours.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet daily targets.
• Knowledge of commercial laundry machines and workflow preferred.
