Join the Marelli Propulsion team to explore your potential and pioneer innovation. **Role Overview:** As a Process Launch Management Specialist, reporting to the Plant Manager in Manesar, India, you will oversee the department's workflow, evaluate performance, assess manufacturing processes, supervise performance standards, coordinate new projects, ensure compliance with health and safety laws, manage budgets, and more. Your role involves understanding technical specifications, leading new projects, and ensuring product behavior aligns with applicable guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the daily workflow and performance evaluations in the department - Assess cost effectiveness and feasibility of manufacturing processes - Supervise line/machine/tooling performance and provide guidance in new projects - Ensure compliance with health and safety laws and prepare departmental budget - Understand SPM, testing equipment, and software utilities functionality - Develop and execute new projects, machinery, localization, and supplier selection - Communicate EHS and EnMS standards to suppliers and ensure compliance **Qualifications Required:** - B Tech in Electronics/Mechanical - Understanding of electrical circuitry, mechanical drawings, and software utilities/programs - Preparation of technical specifications, BOM, layout, and costing - Understanding of testing technology for ECU and AMT - Planning and execution of projects and costing **Expectations from You:** As a Process Launch Specialist, you will plan, direct, and coordinate maintenance, tooling, and engineering activities to facilitate efficient manufacturing operations across the organization. **Additional Details of the Company:** Marelli is a global independent supplier to the automotive sector, focused on innovation and manufacturing excellence.
