Launch Manager

As a Store Launch Execution Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end set-up of jewellery stores at new locations. This includes coordinating visual merchandising, product placement, and store aesthetics in line with brand guidelines. You will need to ensure that props, display units, lighting, signage, and branding materials are installed correctly and are in perfect condition before the store's official launch. - Coordinate visual merchandising, product placement, and store aesthetics - Ensure correct installation of props, display units, lighting, signage, and branding materials - Travel to various locations across India to supervise and execute launch activities - Collaborate with logistics, visual merchandising, and marketing teams - Train new retail staff on product placement, display hygiene, visual merchandising guidelines, and jewellery handling In terms of inventory and stock handling, you will be responsible for: - Verifying and tallying jewellery stock upon arrival at the store - Organizing stock in coordination with merchandising and store operations teams - Maintaining detailed store-wise trackers for display elements, stock movement, and training completion - Share structured Excel reports and summaries with the management post-launch **Key Skills & Requirements:** - Strong understanding of visual merchandising and store display practices - Excellent Excel skills for tracking and reporting purposes - Comfortable working on the ground during store execution - Strong communication and team coordination skills - Willingness to travel frequently across India - Ability to handle high-value inventory with care and responsibility If you possess these skills and are ready to take on the challenges of coordinating store launch activities, we welcome you to apply for this role.,
