About the Role

The Landscape Design Manager (Architect) will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing outdoor spaces, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• 5+ Years as Design Manager in Landscape Architecture
• Plans, Designs, and Manages outdoor spaces.
• Adhering to timelines for activities such as drawing approvals, indents, sample approvals, etc. in line with the project timeline.
• Ensuring designs, BOQ and material selections adhere to budget.
• Milestones achieved within targeted timelines.
• Adhering to standards for reviewing designs, design approval meets, management presentations, data collection and updating in trackers.
• Evaluating execution as per drawings and snagging through regular site visits.
• Clearing RFIs.
• Managing drawings for key projects by collaborating with external consultants.
• Coordination with procurement, project and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials basis indents at site.
• Coordination with Sales team to align on client expectations.
• Initiatives to improve processes and build in efficiencies.
• Collaboration with project team and peers.
• Active participation in learning and development initiatives.
• Organisation Culture, Living the values of Isprava.

Qualifications

• B. Arch / Landscape Architecture - Full time.
• 5+ Years as Landscape Design

Required Skills

• Experience in Villa/Luxury Real Estate Industry.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with outdoor space design and management.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
