🔹 Role Objective

:Support the Land Acquisition team by sourcing verified land leads, managing broker/owner relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination for evaluation and closure

.🔍 Key Responsibilities

:✅ Identify land parcels via brokers, references & market intelligenc

e✅ Maintain an updated land lead tracker with all relevant documentatio

n✅ Coordinate meetings, site visits & follow-ups for the acquisition tea

m✅ Liaise with legal, technical & commercial teams for lead evaluatio

n✅ Track market trends & competitor activit

y✅ Share weekly reports on lead inflow and statu

✅ What We’re Looking For

:*Graduate/Diploma in Real Estate or Busines

s*1–3 years of experience in land sourcing or real estate coordinatio

n*Strong broker network & local market knowledg

e*Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and land documentation basic

s*Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skill

s*Highly organized and detail-oriente
