Job Description

1. Lead Sourcing & Management

Identify potential land parcels through broker network, references, digital platforms, and local market intelligence.

Maintain and expand database of landowners, agents, aggregators, and intermediaries.

Coordinate outreach to brokers, agents, and other sources to gather leads regularly.

Follow up on new land leads and track their status.

2. Documentation & Data Handling

Maintain a land lead tracker (Excel & software) with detailed information location, size, title status, asking price, contact details, etc.

Ensure all documentation related to each lead (layouts, title documents, owner details, etc.) are organized and updated.

3. Coordination & Communication

Schedule site visits, owner meetings, and follow-ups for the acquisition team.

Act as a liaison between landowners/agents and the internal team.

Coordinate internally to ensure leads are evaluated by legal, commercial, and technical teams.

4. Market Intelligence

Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new development zones.

Share weekly updates on new lead inflow and closure status.Role & responsibilities
