Role & responsibilities Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls Handle general inquiries via phone, email, and in person.. Manage the reception areas cleanliness and presentability. Receive and distribute incoming couriers and mail; manage outgoing deliveries. Provide administrative support Coordinate with internal departments for office-related requirements.
