Job Title: Ladies Woven Garment Store Incharge (Urgent Requirement) Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi Industry: Garment Export House (Woven Ladieswear) Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar role in a garment manufacturing/export unit Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Receive and verify all incoming fabric as per purchase orders and delivery challans Maintain inward and outward fabric registers and stock records Ensure proper storage, labeling, and binning of woven fabrics by color, GSM, and style Conduct periodic stock audits and submit reports to management Coordinate with the production team for timely fabric issue and return Maintain system entries and inventory software (preferred: Excel/ERP) Ensure quality and quantity checks before fabric intake Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and update daily inventory status Candidate Requirements: Proven work experience in a woven garment manufacturing/export company Strong understanding of fabric types, trims, and garment store operations Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel & inventory software) Ready to join immediately Job Title: Accountant – Garment Export Factory (Import/Export Expertise Required) Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi Industry: Garment Exports Experience: Minimum 10- 12 years in accounts with strong exposure to export-import documentation Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting using Tally or other ERP software Manage complete export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BRCs, LUT, Shipping Bills, etc.) Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliances Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and bank for export payment realization Maintain records of foreign inward remittance and export incentives Reconcile bank statements and handle foreign currency transactions Generate MIS reports for management on exports and financials Candidate Requirements: Must have previous experience working in a garment export company Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and export documentation Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles Should be well-organized and capable of multitasking Immediate joiners preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
