Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Labour Law Compliance Accountant, based in Pune. The role involves overseeing compliance with labor laws, preparing and maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely submissions of statutory filings, and conducting audits to verify adherence to regulations. The candidate will work directly with clients to provide expert guidance on labor law compliance and resolve any issues effectively. Collaborating with the team to implement compliance strategies is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and related regulations
• Experience in maintaining payroll records, employee benefits, and compliance filings
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and employees
• Ability to manage deadlines effectively and adapt to changing regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advanced certifications in labor law or compliance are a plus)
• Prior experience working in labor law compliance or a similar field is preferred
