Role Description

This is a full-time Laboratory Technologist role based on-site in Bolpur Sriniketan. The Laboratory Technologist will perform routine lab procedures, accurately record and analyze results, and maintain laboratory equipment. Responsibilities include preparing and conducting laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with all safety and quality protocols, and contributing to research projects related to healthcare and social issues. The individual will work closely with the organization's teams to support their mission of creating an inclusive approach to societal well-being.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's or Diploma in Medical Laboratory technology with minimum 1-2 year experience in Biochemistry, Semi-Auto, ELISA, Serology, 3-part Hematology, Staining, Documentation and LIMS
• Experience in healthcare-related laboratory work or research is an advantage.
• Technical expertise in laboratory procedures, equipment maintenance, and the ability to adhere to safety protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct and interpret laboratory tests accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Proficiency in documenting and reporting research findings with attention to detail.
