Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our R&D and Production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting battery testing, performance analysis, and maintaining lab equipment to ensure high product quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Perform testing, assembling, and analysis of lithium battery packs (LiFePO₄). Conduct capacity, voltage, current, and temperature testing of individual cells and packs. Assist in battery performance evaluation, life cycle testing, and data recording. Operate and maintain testing equipment, chargers, BMS analyzers, and diagnostic tools. Support the R&D team in developing and testing new EV and inverter battery designs. Document results, prepare testing reports, and share insights with the engineering team. Ensure safety protocols and lab cleanliness are strictly followed. Report any abnormalities or faults in battery performance or components. Qualifications & Skills Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in a battery testing lab or electronics manufacturing setup (preferred). Basic understanding of lithium battery chemistry, BMS, and electrical circuits. Ability to operate multimeters, chargers, and data logging tools. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent organizational and documentation skills. Good teamwork and communication abilities.
