Key Responsibilities Collect, label, and process patient samples (blood, urine, stool, etc.) Perform routine laboratory investigations and diagnostic tests Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments Ensure accuracy and timely reporting of test results Maintain laboratory records, logs, and patient reports Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the lab environment Assist doctors and medical staff with laboratory requirements Handle biomedical waste as per hospital and regulatory guidelines Qualifications & Skills DMLT / BMLT or equivalent certification Previous experience in a clinical or hospital laboratory (preferred) Knowledge of laboratory instruments and testing procedures Attention to detail and accuracy in test results Basic computer knowledge for report entry Ability to work independently and as part of a team
