Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overall supervision and coordination of day-to-day laboratory operations
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting of laboratory investigations
  • Supervise and guide lab technicians and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with NABL/ISO standards, hospital policies, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain quality control, internal audits, and documentation
  • Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure proper sample collection, handling, storage, and disposal
  • Coordinate with clinicians for critical values and urgent reports
  • Manage inventory, reagents, and consumables
  • Train staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and new technologies
  • Maintain laboratory safety, infection control, and bio-medical waste management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Sound knowledge of laboratory quality systems and accreditation standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
