We’re on the hunt for a proactive Label Manager to lead our Kids music distribution ! 🎶

Combine your creative flair 🎨 with business acumen 💼 to grow our market reach, drive revenue 💰, and ensure our artists’ work is efficiently released & promoted globally 🌍.

Key Responsibilities:

🎧 Label Management: Advise on release strategies & timelines; curate albums ( kids content 👶🎶).

📦 Distribution Operations: Manage digital distribution across platforms; ensure timely delivery & compliance with DSP specs.

📆 Release Strategy: Plan schedules & marketing rollouts; oversee pre-release campaigns; albums and playlist pitching; optimize for visibility & downloads ⬆️.

📊 Reporting & Analytics: Track streams, sales, royalties; prepare reports; extract insights to guide growth 📈.

Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years in label management/music distribution or similar role 🎵.

Solid understanding of digital platforms, royalty reporting & music rights management 💻.

Proficient with artist tools (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon) 🎶.

Experience curating audio albums & playlists for kids content preferred 👶🎧.
