Lab Manager

As an experienced Lab Manager with a passion for quality control, team leadership, and compliance, you will have the opportunity to lead end-to-end laboratory operations and make a real impact in the healthcare space. You will supervise daily laboratory operations and coordinate manpower effectively. Moreover, you will oversee calibration and quality control for all laboratory instruments, ensuring compliance with NABH documentation and accreditation standards. Strategically assigning technician duties and managing schedules for optimal performance will also be part of your responsibilities. Generating detailed reports on lab performance and quality control for senior management, mentoring and training new lab staff, monitoring and managing lab inventory, and collaborating with researchers and scientists for technical support are key aspects of this role.
