Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lab Incharge located in Kakinada. The Lab Incharge will oversee daily laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results. Responsibilities include quality control, maintenance and management of laboratory equipment, overseeing laboratory staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Lab Incharge will also be involved in research and development (R&D) activities to enhance lab efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Quality Control and Laboratory Skills
• Proficient in handling and maintaining Laboratory Equipment
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D)
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Ability to adhere to safety and regulatory standards
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
