Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lab Director (M.D-Pathology) at Stemz Healthcare located in Gurugram. The Lab Director will manage the laboratory's daily operations, ensuring compliance with quality control and regulatory standards. They will oversee pathology and laboratory medicine practices, supervise staff, and collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care. Additionally, the Lab Director will be responsible for maintaining the lab's CAP accreditation by implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Control processes in Biochemistry, Hematology & Serology Dept
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in Pathology from Govt College
• Experience with CAP accreditation processes is a plus
