    Position: CSM Sales (Motor Cycles)
  • Looking After: Off Roll Sales
  • Grade: L4
  • Qualification: Any Graduate/ PG/MBA
  • Reporting To: Area Manager - Sales (Motor Cycles)
  • Nature of Role: Individual Performer
  1. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

    Managing A Team of Off Roll Sales DMAs to Ensure Sales & Penetration at The Dealership as Per the Target
  2. Ensure All the Documents W. R. T. Customer Are Verified in Originals and Scan & Fill

Various Customers Details in ICAS & Submit It Immediately. Physical Agreement & Repayment Instrument Dispatch Within Prescribed Tat

  1. To Ensure Sale of Finance Schemes to Customers (Within & Outside Dealership) As Per the Targets
  2. Maintain & Improve The Relationship with The Dealer/S & Address Issues/Queries On Daily Basis
  3. Verification of All Documents, W. R. T. Customers E. G. KYC, Customer Personal

Information, Documents Received Through DMAs at ASC Location, In Line with Company Policy

  1. Monitoring The Competition Activity in Dealership & Location
  2. DCC Cash Deposition
  3. Maintain & Improve The Productivity of DMAs
  4. ASC/ Branch Visit of Dealer (Network Visit)
  5. Enquiry Management & Follow Up On Open Enquiries
  6. Conversion of All Leads (Web/Tele/Rural)
  7. Collection of RC, Resolution of Femi, Nonstarter On Regular Basis As Per The Targets
  8. Keep The ASM Updated On Daily Basis W. R. T. Targets Vs Achievements
  9. Maintain Tat for Decision On Case & Speedy Disbursement Tat
  10. Understand & Explain All the Schemes to The Customers
  11. KPA

    Target AchievementResponsible for Achieving Volume Targets for The Area On Quarterly Basis
  12. Responsible for Achieving Penetration Targets for The Area On Quarterly Basis Sales Penetration
  13. Responsible for Increase in Number of Finance Customers with Dealership/S On Quarterly Basis
  14. To Execute Special Schemes for Festivals and Conducting Loan Melas Etc.
  15. To Increase Insurance Penetration On Total Sales On Quarterly Basis Quality Improvement
  16. Login to Disbursement Ratio Should Be Kept More Than 80%.
  17. Repayment Should Be More Than 95% Within The Tat
