Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced L3 Support OCP professional with 8 to 12 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with expertise in NOMISO INDIA.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze and resolve technical problems using various tools and techniques.
Train and guide junior team members on best practices and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of NOMISO INDIA and its applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with issue resolution and technical support.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.
