Job Summary


L3 Security Engineers

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NGFW platforms (Palo Alto, Check Point).
  • Implement and manage Anti-DDoS solutions (on-prem & cloud-based).
  • Configure and tune systems like Arbor to mitigate volumetric & application-layer attacks.
  • Monitor threats and fine-tune defense mechanisms for maximum network uptime.
  • Design & configure advanced security policies, NAT, and VPN tunnels.
  • Lead as L3 escalation engineer for incident response and troubleshooting.
  • Provide mentorship to L1 & L2 analysts.
  • Contribute to security technology roadmap by evaluating emerging tools.
  • Perform timely patch management, firmware upgrades, and configuration migrations.
  • Maintain and update security architecture diagrams, HLDs, and LLDs.
  • Create SOPs and runbooks for incident handling in IPS, Proxy, and Sandboxing domains.
  • Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and drive remediation measures.
  • Deliver architectural design and engineering solutions for enterprise security.
