Job Description

Experience - 5+ Year

Location - Bhubaneshwar, Odisha (Onstie - WFO)

JD:

Responsibilities:

Provide expert support on Cisco ACI infrastructure – configuration, troubleshooting & optimization.
Install, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and Nexus 9K hardware.
Proactively monitor and maintain ACI environments to ensure performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues across firewalls, load balancers, and proxies.
Maintain firmware, replace faulty hardware, and ensure smooth network operations.
Report network health and incidents to key stakeholders.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI (mandatory for L3).
Deep expertise in Routing & Switching: BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, VPC, FHRP, STP/RSTP/MSTP, NAT, LACP.
Solid knowledge of WAN protocols: MPLS, IPSEC, GRE, VPN, DMVPN.
Experience with Cisco Nexus 9K series – setup and configuration.
Strong communication, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
