Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Level 2 Voice Engineer, located in Mumbai. The Voice Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day operations including troubleshooting, managing voice infrastructure, ensuring network performance, and working on incident tickets related to voice systems. Duties also include configuring and maintaining voice gateways and SIP trunks, collaborating with other IT teams, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, and voice network protocols
• Experience with configuring and managing voice gateways, and SIP trunks
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Cisco Control Hub Cloud

  and

  Webex Cloud Services

  .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP Voice, or equivalent are a plus
