Job Description

As an L2 UCCE Support, your role will involve providing support for Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions, and 3rd party Call recording platforms. You should have a clear understanding of Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP, CUIC, and troubleshooting processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions, and 3rd party Call recording platforms - Creating MACD in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms - Understanding VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP - Familiarity with ITIL processes - Understanding Cisco Voice network deployment models and functioning of voice network devices - Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools - Integration experience with other tools - Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling You should be prepared to work in a 24/7 business support environment and have experience working with Cisco Voice platforms including CUCM, UCCE, UCCH, and CVP platforms.,
