L2-IT Recruiter

You are required to join our team as an IT Recruiter where your proactive and detail-oriented approach will be highly valued. Your strong understanding of the IT landscape and proven experience in sourcing and hiring tech talent will be crucial for success in this role. Building lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, from sourcing potential candidates to onboarding successful hires. Your key responsibilities will include talent sourcing and acquisition, candidate screening and evaluation, collaboration with hiring managers, recruitment process management, and employer branding. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience as an IT recruiter. Proven experience in either in-house or agency recruitment is essential, along with familiarity with technical roles and skills such as software development, data science, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight deadlines are also necessary qualities.
