Job Description

Should have at least 4-6 years of experience. Min 2 years of experience in Banking Application Support on Production/UAT environment Tech Skills - Strong on Unix/Linux, Basic Oracle (PL/SQL) and knowledge on app servers like tomcat, WebSphere & WebLogic Hands on Batch schedule monitoring tools like Autosys/ control-m Good communication skills and customer facing skills Analyse the issues reported using Logs and DB queries Coordinate with Development team for application Bugs Knowledge on tools like JIRA, Service Now, uDeploy and Confluence are added advantage UAT Batch Execution and monitoring of feeds Deploying of application in UAT environment using UCD tool Validate Logs for any issues and inform to DEV team to address Coordinate with Development team , Client and End Users for any application Bugs Working and Health Checking of Servers Raising tickets as part of UAT support Participating in daily scrum calls Documenting the solutions for future reference
