Job Description

Join our team as an L&D Strategy and Training Program Manager. Drive and manage strategic learning and development initiatives, including designing training programs, psychometric assessments, and ensuring training effectiveness across various organizational levels.

Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage learning strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals and individual development.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and other training interventions.
  • Support the Learning and Development function to achieve HRD organizational goals.
  • Category: Training Program Management
  • Identify and implement relevant training programs in line with organizational requirements.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and implement necessary changes based on feedback.
  • Ensure employee awareness of various L&D initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Category: Strategic L&D Management
  • Conduct skill mapping and ensure alignment of training programs with hiring, retention, and other HR practices.
  • Drive strategic L&D initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Category: Employee Engagement and Innovation
  • Come up with innovative ideas for employee engagement and work on implementing them.
  • Assist in all HR departmental tasks and contribute to shaping a positive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • 13+ years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on Learning & Development.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs, including e-learning and workshops.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and people skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to think creatively and solve challenges effectively.
  • Experience in the banking industry, especially with programs related to Trade Finance, Loans, Remittances, etc. (preferred).
  • SHRM Certification is desired, and L&D certifications will be a strong positive.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to manage time independently and effectively.
