Job Description

1.Training and development

  • Develop and update comprehensive training materials for insurance broking processes, including product knowledge, risk management, compliance, and customer service.
  • Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and ongoing development of existing employees.
  • Digital Adaptation:

    Monitor the progress and performance of trainees through regular assessments and feedback sessions.

2. Sales support

Train employees on how to effectively communicate product offerings and insurance solutions to clients and client relationship management, negotiation techniques, and how to close deals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

3. Stakeholder management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including management, HR teams, senior brokers, and compliance officers.
