As the KYC Operations Senior Manager at Citi, your role involves providing senior oversight to KYC Operations teams, acting as the senior point of escalation, representing the KYC function in senior management discussions, and serving as a central point of coordination for vendor strategy and third party interactions. You will also be responsible for partnering with the Global Management team to develop a target operating model encompassing people, process, and technology, ensuring effective governance of tasks and processes, interpreting and implementing new AML policies, developing the ongoing KYC training plan, managing KYC Operations project book of work, and creating efficiencies through the utilization of low-cost centers for data management.
