Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform KYC due diligence for clients across HK, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Australia, Taiwan & Japan.
Review documents, conduct screenings (PEP, adverse news), and assess client risk.
Coordinate with Front Office and clients to collect required KYC information.
Escalate complex cases to compliance teams when required.
Maintain client static data in KYC systems and prepare MIS reports.
Support junior team members with KYC knowledge and guidance.
Handle ad-hoc screenings and tasks assigned by the manager.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of end-to-end KYC & CDD processes.
Experience in KYC screenings & discounting.
Good understanding of AML/KYC regulations in APAC.
MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Banking, Finance, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in KYC/AML roles
