Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Manager to join our Financial & Insurance Services team. The role involves direct interaction with customers in the field to market and promote Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Home Loans, and Life Insurance products, while also ensuring compliance through proper KYC verification and document collection. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship-building and marketing skills with attention to detail in handling customer documentation and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to meet existing and potential customers, explain product offerings (Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Home Loans, and Life Insurance), and generate business leads.
Market and promote financial products through direct customer interactions, referrals, and local networking activities.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their financial needs and goals.
Verify and validate KYC documents (ID proof, address proof, income proof, etc.) as per RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI regulations.
Follow up with customers for missing, incorrect, or additional documentation required for product processing and activation.
Provide clear guidance to customers regarding product features, benefits, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, document status, and sales performance in company systems.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on field visits, product promotion activities, document collection, and customer conversions.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, RBI/SEBI/IRDAI regulations, and ethical sales practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
At least 5 of experience in sales, marketing, customer support, or field operations in financial/insurance services.
Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Home Loans, and Life Insurance products preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
Ability to balance sales targets with customer service excellence.
Detail-oriented with knowledge of KYC and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
