Job Description

Conduct video-based KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications in line with RBI and regulatory guidelines. Validate customer documents including PAN, Aadhaar, and other supporting documents. Perform facial matching and liveness checks during video calls to confirm identity. Maintain records of video interactions and upload findings into internal systems. Ensure all interactions are handled professionally and adhere to data privacy and security protocols. Identify and escalate suspicious or fraudulent activity as per internal escalation procedures. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve KYC-related discrepancies or issues. Meet daily/weekly KYC targets and service level agreements (SLAs). Stay updated on changes in regulatory guidelines related to KYC and compliance.
