Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-4 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management with a focus on kitchen operations.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures (CIPET) and utility management systems.
  • Excellent housekeeping management skills with attention to detail.
