Job Description

Job Title: Kraken Configuration Specialist - Energy Sector

Location:

Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi, Noida, Pune, and Trivandrum.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Kraken solutions to meet client-specific requirements in the energy sector.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation process.
Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using Kraken solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the configuration and implementation phases.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Kraken and the energy sector.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 -6 years of experience in configuring and customizing Kraken solutions.
Proven experience working with at least 2-3 clients in the energy sector.
Strong understanding of the energy industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with blockchain technology and digital asset management.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
