Roles and responsibilities :-

Technical Leadership:

1. Architectural Design: Lead the design and architecture of Android applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

2. Technical Guidance: Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping them improve their skills and knowledge.

3. Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

Android App Development:

1. Complex Feature Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex features and functionalities in Android applications using Kotlin.

2. Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance, battery life, and memory usage.

3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Innovation and R&D:

1. New Technology Adoption: Research and implement new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve application quality and user experience.

2. Kotlin Ecosystem: Stay up-to-date with the latest Kotlin developments, features, and best practices.

Collaboration and Communication:

1. Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions.

2. Stakeholder Management: Communicate technical plans, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including product managers and executives.

Best Practices and Standards:

1. Coding Standards: Establish and maintain coding standards, ensuring consistency and quality across the codebase.

2. Testing and Validation: Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring application stability and reliability.

Skills:

• Kotlin Expertise: 10+ years of experience with Kotlin, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
• Android Development: Proven experience in Android app development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Technical Leadership: Experience in technical leadership, mentorship, and code review.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
