Kore.AI Developer

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Kore.AI Developer to design, develop, and maintain intelligent virtual assistants and chatbots using the Kore.AI platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building conversational AI solutions with deep understanding of bot flows, NLP training, integration with backend systems, and UI customizations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop and maintain chatbots using the Kore.AI platform. 
• • Design dialog tasks, bot flows, and NLP training to improve intent recognition. 
• • Integrate bots with external APIs, databases, and third-party platforms. 
• • Work with backend services (Node.js/Python/Azure Functions) and frontend UI (React.js/HTML/CSS). 
• • Perform unit testing and assist QA teams with bot validation and issue resolution. 
• • Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and tech leads to deliver scalable bot solutions. 
• • Optimize bot performance, handle escalations, and participate in go-lives and hypercare. 
• • Ensure compliance with enterprise security, accessibility, and data protection standards. 

Required Skills:

• • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kore.AI or other chatbot platforms. 
• • Knowledge of NLP/NLU concepts and conversational design best practices. 
• • Proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js and API integration. 
• • Basic knowledge of Azure services, including Azure OpenAI and Azure Functions. 
• • Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and webhook handling. 
• • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum environments. 
• • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
