Job Description

  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff; create work schedules, address personnel issues, and foster a positive team environment.
  • Inventory & Procurement: Manage inventory levels, order food and supplies from vendors, oversee deliveries, and ensure proper storage of products.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food preparation, check for proper portioning and plating, and ensure food meets high-quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Food Safety & Sanitation: Implement and maintain stringent food safety and hygiene protocols to comply with health regulations and ensure a clean kitchen environment.
  • Financial Management: Track kitchen expenses, manage food costs and labor budgets, conduct regular inventory counts, and provide cost reports to management.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the daily flow of kitchen operations, manage the maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment, and ensure the timely completion of tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
