1. Chef – Mexican, Italian & Continental Cuisine Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and execute a wide range of Mexican, Italian, and Continental dishes, maintaining authentic flavors. Create seasonal menus, daily specials, and cost-effective recipes. Ensure high standards of hygiene, presentation, and food safety (FSSAI compliance). Supervise kitchen operations, train and mentor junior staff. Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage. Coordinate with management for event/catering requirements. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multi-cuisine restaurants. Strong knowledge of classic sauces, pastas, grills, and Mexican staples (tacos, burritos, enchiladas). Ability to work under pressure and manage a team. Kitchen Staff – Mexican, Italian & Continental Cuisine Key Responsibilities Assist the chef in prepping ingredients and cooking as per recipes. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations and utensils. Handle basic cooking tasks: chopping, marinating, grilling, baking, assembling dishes. Follow hygiene standards and ensure timely food service. Support inventory management and stock rotation. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (multi-cuisine experience preferred). Basic knowledge of Mexican, Italian, and Continental cooking methods (training can be provided). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
