Job Summary :We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Kitchen Helper to support our cloud kitchen operations. The Kitchen Helper will assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation, packaging, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene to ensure smooth and timely order delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Food Preparation & Assistance Assist chefs in basic food prep such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients. Prepare sauces, garnishes, and basic items as directed by the cook or chef. Ensure correct portion sizes and maintain recipe consistency. 2. Order Support Help assemble and pack food orders accurately and neatly for delivery. Check packaging materials (containers, labels, bags) are ready and available. Coordinate with kitchen and dispatch staff to ensure timely order completion. 3. Hygiene & Sanitation Maintain cleanliness of work areas, kitchen equipment, and utensils. Wash dishes, cookware, and tools promptly after use. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards as per FSSAI/health guidelines. 4. Inventory & Supplies Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients. Monitor stock levels of basic ingredients and inform supervisor when replenishment is needed. Properly store perishable and non-perishable items to avoid spoilage or wastage. 5. Equipment & Maintenance Handle kitchen equipment (mixer, oven, fryer, etc.) safely and correctly. Report any malfunction or safety hazard immediately to the kitchen supervisor.
