As a Lead Business Analyst in the Planning Tower team at TechnoGen, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end planning excellence across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Portfolio Management, and Analytics. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Analytics teams to gather and analyze business requirements - Translating complex needs into clear functional designs and user stories - Supporting solution design, validation, and deployment of planning systems such as Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, and o9 - Driving system testing, UAT, and post-go-live support - Partnering with stakeholders to align business processes and KPIs - Identifying opportunities for automation, analytics, and process optimization Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Business Analysis - Strong experience with planning tools like Anaplan, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, and o9 - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, and SQL - Expertise in process mapping, user stories, and Agile delivery - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environment Joining TechnoGen will allow you to be part of a team that drives the future of integrated planning and decision-making, leveraging data, technology, and collaboration to deliver business impact.
